KnockOuts for Girls is a charitable organization that uses boxing as a platform to empower girls and women to be confident by encouraging health and fitness and positive body image.
KnockOuts For Girls (KO4G) conducts Empowerment Workshops at schools, Boys & Girls Clubs, Senior Centers, Family Centers, Homeless Shelters and Group Homes for Foster Children, to name a few. Our workshops are facilitated by our KnockOuts and consist of self-esteem boosting speeches that empower girls and women (and anyone else interested in participating) to be confident by encouraging health and fitness and positive body image. The workshop also includes a boxing demonstration by our KnockOuts and a boxing lesson that incorporates self defense to equip girls and women with skills they need to feel safe, confident, and empowered. KO4G also loves giving back and helping those in need so please go to our Contact Page and email us if you know of an upcoming charity event that we can be a part of.
